Kittens & Pancakes

Firstly, we’d like to send our thanks to those of you who attended our Pancake Breakfast this weekend! The rain stayed away for the most part, and the pancakes were delicious. We saw some familiar faces as well as some new ones, and were grateful that so many of you got out of bed on a grey day to come support us.

To celebrate the event, we wanted to share some photos of our two youngest Pancake Breakfast attendees -Johnny and Sid. These two little orphaned kittens are only a few weeks old, and are being looked after by one of our hardworking volunteers. Being a “mom” to two kittens is no easy task! Depending on their age, kittens require between six and three feedings a day, as well as careful handling and lots of attention. These two little guys go everywhere with their foster mom and have already attended several New Hope events (although they admittedly slept through most of them!). It’s amazing watching them grow bigger each time , and we look forward to sharing their progress with you.

Wasn’t that cute? Stay tuned for more photos, and please give a big thank you to anyone you know who fosters animals. Without volunteers generously donating their time and energy to helping us raise kittens, socialize feral or shy cats, and care for sick or injured animals,  we would not be where we are today. If you would like to get involved, just click on “Contact Us” and let us know how you can help!

Thank you Micki! Your generous support helps to make this all possible. Your kindness is deeply appreciated by each of us at New Hope and of course, by all our furry friends =^..^=
