Apollo (previously, Mouse)

Hi! I hope all the rescue cats are thriving at the shelter! I have more of an update with Apollo. He recently got a dental treatment as it turns out he had pretty bad problems with his teeth. He had a total of 12 teeth removed with 4 of the really bad ones down to the core that was causing some nasty gingivitis and halitosis. Fortunately his bad breath is gone and he seems to be purring a lot more which I reckon is from his toothache being gone. Hide and seek is still his favorite game to play (sigh) but he still lives on!! Just thought I'd give an update with some more ...

King Henry

Hello All, I just wanted to give you an update on Henry, now being called King Henry! My dad and M absolutely adore him. Apparently he is a 14-year-old cat with a ton of energy in the evenings LOL and he is very talkative, which they love. This was a perfect match! I personally wanted to thank you guys for allowing my dad and M to be in the Pets for Alice program.  It has been a distraction and has brought so much happiness to their home. M has cancer and she is doing very well but this is constantly on her mind. King Henry has been a lovely addition to their home. So ...

Finn and Sawyer: The adventure continues ….

"Finn has turned a new leaf in the last week and has come more out of his shell.  He actually stops and wants pets now and he come up on the couch now to sit with us and get pets and love.  We are so happy that he is relaxing more and letting his guard down. Sawyer is being his normal cute and wonderful self. I have attached some recent pictures for you.  One of Finn and Sawyer together, one of Finn on the couch with us and the other of Sawyer laying in his tube he plays with."

Cally and Patches (now Moe)

A sweet success story if there ever was one ~ here's an update on these amazing kitties! "As per standard suggestion when bringing a pet(s) into their new home, place them in one room for a while so they get used to the new environment and know where their necessities are, so Sue placed them in the master bedroom.  Every time she went to see them they were wanting out, so she thought - why not - so out they came.  Well, I am sure it will come as no surprise to anyone, they were immediately "home"!!
